The deadline for registration has been extended to Friday, May 20. &lt;br /&gt;You must fax all of the following: &lt;br /&gt;(1) the Keewaytinook Reg. Form, &lt;br /&gt;(2) the MOE OIT Exam Reg. Form, and &lt;br /&gt;(3) the OWWCO Waiver for OITs (or proof of Grade 12 equivalency). &lt;br /&gt;These three forms can be downloaded from our homepage.
